Driver Improvement Seminar (ASF) – Individual Seminar

• 4 traffic education sessions of 60 minutes each with our presenter and traffic educator
• 1 observation drive of 45 minutes with our presenter and traffic educator – between the 1st and 2nd session
• The observation drive is not an exam – you cannot fail it.
• You do not need to bring anything: no certificates or documents, no paper, no pen – everything is provided.

• Your place of residence, federal state and responsible authority do not matter. You can attend our seminar – whether you are registered in Munich or your order comes from another driving licence authority.
• You need a written order to attend the improvement seminar from the Munich District Administration Office (KVR) or your district office (Landratsamt).
• Your penalty point record must not contain any drink-driving or drug-driving offence. If it does, you must attend a “special improvement seminar” – driving schools are not allowed to hold these. In this case please contact TÜV SÜD.

The seminar must be completed within 2 to 4 weeks.

In most cases you do not have to complete the improvement seminar within your deadline – it is enough to show your driving licence authority with our registration confirmation that you have already reserved a place. This is how it works:

1. Reserve a place – free of charge and without obligation. Register with us for the next improvement seminar. You will immediately receive a registration confirmation by email – without a contract or payment.
2. Apply for a deadline extension. Send the registration confirmation by email to your driving licence authority as soon as possible and ask for an extension. You will usually receive a decision quickly.
3. Let us know. Please tell us whether the extension has been granted – so we can prepare everything for you.
4. Only then: contract and payment. As soon as the extension has been granted, we conclude the contract and you receive your payment request.

Register online in just a few minutes – no paperwork. This is what happens next:

1. Contract and payment request by email. You will receive your seminar contract and a payment request by email – take a moment to check everything carefully. Please also check your spam folder.
2. Registration confirmation for the driving licence authority. If you need a deadline extension, we will send you your registration confirmation by email on request.
3. Sign the contract digitally. Sign the contract digitally and simply email it back to us – no printing, no post.
4. Payment. Simply pay the amount by bank transfer.

• The driving licence authority will revoke your licence if
  • you do not attend an ordered improvement seminar or only attend after the deadline set by the driving licence authority,
  • you do not send your certificate of attendance to the driving licence authority promptly after the last session.
• If your licence has been revoked, you can apply for it again as soon as you have sent the certificate of attendance of the improvement seminar to the driving licence authority.
