Theoretical lessons

• At our school, theoretical lessons take place regularly 4 times a week in the evenings.
   
• In your FAHREN LERNEN app, only the available theoretical lessons for the next 6 weeks are displayed – with date, time, topic, and location → FAHREN LERNEN app → To-Do → Theory
   
• Of course, we also offer theoretical lessons beyond the 6 weeks shown.
   
• If your FAHREN LERNEN app does not show any theoretical lessons on a certain day, then no lessons will take place on that day.
   
• For Class B196, unfortunately, theoretical lessons are not displayed in your FAHREN LERNEN app due to technical reasons.
   
• Booking for theoretical lessons is not required.
   
• Simply attend the lessons whenever you like and enter your name in the participant list.
   
• The theoretical lessons are only available in German.

• You decide when and how often per week and at which location you would like to take part in theoretical lessons.
   
• We do not offer block lessons on fixed dates.
   
• You decide whether you want to start with theory lessons or driving lessons first.
   
• You can start driving lessons with us even if you have not yet attended theory lessons.
   
• If you attend theory lessons at the same time as your driving lessons, your training time will be shortened.
   
• The theory lessons consist of self-contained topics that do not build on each other. You can start with any topic.
   
• You do not have to attend the topics in order. You can also skip topics.
   
• You do not have to have attended every topic. The main thing is that you have attended the minimum number required.
   
• If you have attended a topic more than once, it will still count towards your required minimum number of lessons.

No theory lessons are required to convert a foreign driving licence or class BE or upgrade to class A.

If you already hold a Class B driving license, we recommend attending only our specially designed 10-unit “Theory Course (Class A).

It’s more interesting than the basic theory lessons, which you are, of course, also welcome to attend.

• As of 1.4.22, all driving schools in Bavaria are prohibited by the licensing authority from holding theory lessons as online lessons via video conferencing service (e.g. Zoom) until further notice.
   
• From 1.4.22 onwards, theory lessons may only be held in face-to-face form.
