Manual or automatic – your choice

  • With the Drive Easy Simulator Premium, you can practice driving with manual or automatic transmissions.

  • You can train in 12 languages on the Drive Easy Simulator Premium.
     
  • German, English, French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, Turkish

If you have not understood something, you can stop the programme. Have the exercise explained to you again and practise it again straight away.

How your training works

  • We recommend that you complete the modules “Basics and Vehicle Operation”, “Turning”, and “Right of Way”before your first driving lesson in real traffic.
     
  • We also recommend that you complete the modules “Country Road” and “Motorway” before your special driving lessons in real traffic.
     
  • However, all modules can also be used for additional practice after your driving lessons in real traffic.
     
  • Each module can be trained multiple times.

How to book your simulator session

  • You book your driving appointment module (module) on the Drive Easy Simulator Premium with the appointment planner in your FAHREN LERNEN app.
     
  • 1 driving appointment (module) lasts 90 minutes.

  • You can train on the Drive Easy Simulator Premium during the opening times of the Schwabing-Freimann location.

What does simulator training cost?

As real as driving: what the simulator has to offer

  • Extremely realistic practical training awaits you in our drive easy simulator.
     
  • In the cockpit you will find all the controls you need for driving.
     
  • The perspective is like that of the driver in the car.
     
  • With the three curved Full HD monitors, you have a wide field of vision and can also see cross traffic clearly.
     
  • The mirrors in the field of vision let you know what is happening behind or next to you.
     
  • The force feedback steering wheel transmits bumps in the road.
     
  • The webcam is used to monitor your gaze, e.g. whether you have looked over your shoulder.
     
  • Realistic driving noises and a structure-borne sound module that creates vibrations in the seat, e.g. you can feel the grinding point and bumps in the road.

Does the simulator count towards special lessons?

At present, country road lessons and motorway lessons on the Drive Easy Simulator Premium may not yet be counted towards the legally prescribed special lessons.
